- Incase of any Exchange, we request you to initiate it WITHIN 3 DAYS of the receiving the dress, after which it cannot be exchanged.
- To initiate an exchange either email us at [email protected] or whatsapp us on 9908457897.
- Size exchange is subject to availability of the size of the dress.
- The goods must be sealed well with the price tag on and in a courier bag packed carefully.
- The shipping charges (if any paid) are non refundable.
- Once we receive an item of return/exchange we need a processing time of 2-3 days. You will be updated via an email or whatsapp message regarding the completion of the exchange process.
- All outfits purchased from us are advised to be dry cleaned and we do not accept any responsibility incase any color or fabric wear and tear due to wash care negligence.
- Dresses made on custom measurements can not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Any single dress bearing a price of 8,000 or more cannot be exchanged as they are always stitched on order due to exclusivity of designs.
- If any cancellation, it can only be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Please make sure you provide the correct address. Peonykidscouture or our logistics company dont hold a responsibility incase a parcel goes missing due to wrong address provided.
- Incase you don't receive your order plz email us and we shall track it and follow up with you.
- Though the pictures of all goods have been clicked by professional cameras, there can sometimes be slight variations in the color of the actual product from the image on the website.
- We do not have a return or exchange provision for international shipments.
